Refund policy

At SavvySneak, we work hard to ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please follow these steps:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition
• Additional photos or information may be requested for verification

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement for the product if it qualifies.

SavvySneak reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after reviewing the submitted proof.


Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• A valid unboxing video or supporting images must be provided

Requests submitted without proof or after the allowed time window will not be eligible for replacement.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.

Most replacement cases are resolved within 7 working days after approval.

Please note that items sent back without prior confirmation from SavvySneak will not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in situations where:

• A replacement product is not available in stock, or
• A refund is approved by SavvySneak after review.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 4–7 business days after approval.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation will not be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account or original payment method within 7 working days.
